Dudley’s Family Group Conference Team is well-established, passionate, and proud of the impact we’ve already had with children and families. We’re looking for 3 new Family Group Conference Convenors to join our buzzing team.
What You’ll Do
* Bring families, friends, and professionals together to find creative solutions that keep children safe and supported.
* Champion family voices and strengths, making sure every meeting is meaningful and inclusive.
* Facilitate Family Group Decision Making – putting the family at the heart of creating safe, sustainable plans.
* Work as part of a supportive, experienced team who are always up for fresh ideas (and good coffee!).
