About the role As the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), you will be an integral member of the Leadership Team at Roq, driving growth while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Key accountabilities: Leadership - Executing your leadership responsibilities with distinction.
LMA - leading, managing, and holding the Delivery Team accountable.
Client Satisfaction - Lead a culture of quality within the Delivery Team aligned to Roq values and QE Principles that drives effective service delivery and reported client satisfaction to >90% with a net promoter score of >70%.
Thought Leadership - Provide thought leadership and vision to help build the Roq brand, drive technical innovation and excellence that results in new solutions.
Delivery Strategy - Own and execute the long-term strategy for Delivery including, aligning with business growth plans, ways of working and strategic decision making.
Workforce Planning - Empower succession plans and proactive client rotations that are
established to improve career progression and ensure right person right seat.
As a member of the Leadership Team at Roq, you will: Drive the execution of the business strategy by inputting ideas and implementing initiatives directly and / or indirectly related to your function to meet the business objectives.
Focus on client satisfaction as a key metric, contributing to a score of 90%+.
Focus on employee happiness as a key metrics at Roq, contributing to a score of 80%+.
Understand what we do, the solutions we offer and the impact we have on our clients, and how we can continually evolve and enhance that proposition.

Support business development / growth through building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing clients and prospects, where required.
Promote Roq as a leader in Quality Engineering, participating and offering thought leadership in the areas that elevate Roqs brand in the relevant communities.
Demonstrate financial understanding through being actively involved in financial planning and using financial data to guide decision making.
Encourage a culture of innovation, leading by example in exploring new methods, tools and technologies.
Understand risk management to effectively anticipate and mitigate business risks.
Promote ethical and sustainable business practices, both internally and within the projects delivered to clients.
Provide insight and challenge within the Leadership Team, by analysing the data shared and coming prepared to input into each leadership team meeting / planning session. As the Chief Delivery Officer, you will: Provide leadership and vision for the delivery team, aligned to the organisational objectives and business strategy.
Have a clear plan on the workforce required to deliver the annual and 3-year growth plans, and how that can be achieved efficiently and effectively.
Be accountable for people assignment (delivery consultants), including client and internal projects.
Be a champion of Roqs solutions, to ensure all consultants are trained as appropriate to deliver the existing and new solutions; and that they meet the needs of Roqs existing and future clients.
Have a burning passion for Quality Engineering, demonstrated through thought leadership; by being a key member of QE/tech communities, speaking at events and creating compelling content.
Be client focused, results driven, dynamic and passionate about delivering exceptional services in a profitable way.
Oversee the delivery leads so they manage consistent delivery of all our client projects, managing and mitigating any risks, and ensuring our clients continue to be delighted with all aspects of the services we deliver, measured by quarterly client satisfaction.
Be responsible for driving continuous improvement across our solutions and the delivery approach, identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions aligned to market demand.
Have responsibility for leading and managing the Roq Delivery Team, holding everyone within the team accountable for providing an excellent service and for being an ambassador for Roq.
