We’re looking for a proactive and creative sales professional with strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in building valuable client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an existing client base, presenting fresh media and marketing initiatives across print and digital platforms.
* Develop new business relationships, identifying opportunities and creating bespoke advertising campaigns tailored to client needs.
* Use marketing and audience data to present credible ideas and deliver effective, results-driven campaigns.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating the value of our advertising products and services.
* Build and maintain long‑term, profitable relationships by providing excellent customer service and creative solutions.
* Work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive Suffolk‑based sales team, sharing best practice and ideas.
* Manage your own time effectively when working in the field.
* Confidently use digital systems to generate campaign bookings and complete sales.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in sales or account management would be helpful, but full training will be provided
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Good understanding of digital marketing and data‑driven selling.
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence required.
