What you’ll be doing: Driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and exceeding targets. Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver excellence on the shop floor. Using CRM and customer insights to create personalised, memorable experiences. Maintaining high standards of VM, stock control, and operational excellence.
