Inspire Aspirations - Launch and Lead a New Careers & Culture Programme
Our client, a forward-thinking academy trust with a focus on sport and entrepreneurship for 11-18-year-olds, is seeking a driven Connect Co-ordinator to lead the rollout of Aldridge Connect-a new trust-wide programme launching in September 2025.
Aldridge Connect enhances careers and cultural education, ensuring all pupils receive personalised guidance and opportunities to build skills, confidence, and ambition for life beyond school.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Personal Development, you'll co-ordinate and deliver the programme across all schools. Working with careers advisors, internal teams, and external partners, you'll ensure high-quality provision and visibility of Aldridge Connect, internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the delivery of Aldridge Connect across the Trust
* Develop and coordinate pupil events, opportunities, and experiences
* Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote the programme
* Support and align with in-school careers advisors
* Monitor and report on programme impact and outcomes

* Experience in careers, enrichment, or personal development in education or youth services
* Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple sites
