About the Role
As a key player in our kitchen, you will report directly to the Kitchen Manager and support a dynamic team of up to 15 talented individuals. Your mission? To make our guests smile! You’ll ensure that they remain at the heart of every operational decision.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team.
* Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
* Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to high standards.
* Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.
* Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service every time.

Working Conditions
This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, totaling 40 hours. Flexibility is key, as some shifts may extend late into the night, with 4am finishes involved.
