Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Project Manager to join our delivery team. You will be responsible for the effective on‑site management of commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects from mobilisation through to completion. This is a site‑focused, hands‑on role, requiring excellent leadership, coordination skills, and strong commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all site activities throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, on quality standards, and within budget
* Act as the primary site contact for subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
* Maintain compliance with health & safety, statutory and contractual requirements
* Oversee quality control and snagging processes to ensure exceptional finishes
* Produce accurate site reports, minutes, and progress updates for stakeholders
* Chair and coordinate regular site meetings, risk reviews and inspections
* Proactively identify and mitigate site risks and issues
* Manage subcontractor performance and schedule adherence
About You
* Demonstrable experience as a Site or On‑Site Project Manager within commercial fit‑out or interior refurbishment sectors
* Practical experience of day‑to‑day site delivery on design & build projects
* Strong knowledge of construction site procedures, H&S standards and quality control
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confident leadership, with an ability to drive performance and motivate teams
* Competent in managing multiple site demands simultaneously
* Full UK driving licence required
Desirable Qualifications
* SMSTS / SSSTS or equivalent health & safety certification
* Experience in CAT A and CAT B office fit outs and refurbishment environments
