The Opportunity
We are exclusively partnering with a long-established, highly ethical financial planning business based in Central London. As a Client Services and Office Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
* Supporting the Managing Director
* Coordinating day-to-day office operations
* Delivering an exceptional client experience

Key Responsibilities
* Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary and travel management
* Coordinate distribution of client communications (newsletters, brochures, marketing materials)
* Assist with planning and managing client events, seminars, and internal functions
* Act as first point of contact for visiting clients – managing documentation, updating CRM records, and delivering a polished, professional welcome
* Liaise with advisers to ensure client meetings run seamlessly
* Support wider marketing projects and business initiatives
About You
You will be:
* Professional, personable, and polished, with excellent organisational skills
* Experienced in office administration, PA, client services, or marketing support – ideally within financial services (though not essential)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable liaising with high-net-worth clients in a confidential, professional manner
* Enthusiastic, collaborative, and committed to building a long-term career within a supportive team
