LOS Electrical are looking for experienced CompEx certified Electricians to join our growing team.
We are not looking for volume. We are looking for the right fit.

The Role
As part of our site team, you will carry out electrical installation, inspection, and testing on client projects across Greater London and the Thames Valley region.
This is a field-based role involving travel to project sites.
You will:
* Undertake hazardous area installations in line with BS 60079-14
* Carry out inspection and testing in line with BS 60079-17
* Install containment, cabling, earthing arrangements and control systems
* Conduct ATEX inspections and produce reports
* Diagnose and rectify faults
* Work from drawings, DSDs, EC Type Examination Certificates and manufacturer documentation
* Complete accurate installation and testing documentation
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health and safety
* Represent LOS professionally on site
You will report into site supervision and the Engineering Management team overseeing DSEAR compliance across the business.
You will be expected to work competently and independently once briefed.
Salary & Package
* Up to £27.40 per hour (Depending on experience)
* 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Earnings up to approximately £71,000 per year before overtime
* Company van and fuel card
* Funded training and additional qualifications

* CompEx EX01 – EX04 (EX09 – EX10 acceptable with minimum 2 years ATEX experience)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* City and Guilds 2391 or 2394 and 2395
* Experience within water or heavy industrial environments
