Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative based in Cardiff. The Internal Sales Representative will support sales efforts by managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, account management, building strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. This role requires a proactive attitude to achieve company sales and growth objectives effectively.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Sales
Experience in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Prior experience in the electronic surveillance, fire products, or similar industries is a plus
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage
