About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Insurance Broker to join our client's team. This role offers a competitive salary, a range of benefits, and the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, new business quotations, MTAs, and renewals.
* Build strong relationships with key clients and insurer partners.
* Underwrite large household risks within your authority.
* Contribute to the team's success by achieving business plan objectives.
* Maintain accurate records on our Acturis system.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Household and Personal Lines, ideally in non-standard and HNW.
* Strong technical insurance knowledge.
* Excellent communication and client service skills.
* Strong negotiation and broking skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Previous experience with Acturis is desirable but not essential.
* Full UK driving license.
* Minimum 6 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (Grade A-C).
