• Support pupils during educational visits, community activities, and residential placements, including overnight stays where required

• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents/carers, therapists, and external professionals

• Contribute positively to the wider ethos, safeguarding culture, and wellbeing of the school community

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are calm, patient, and able to respond positively in challenging situations

• Have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Are committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and professional development

• Have good literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), or are willing to work towards this

• Are willing to undertake relevant behaviour support training, including positive handling approaches where appropriate
