Electrical Estimator – Lincoln Area – £55,000-£60,000 + Package
Role Summary
An Electrical Estimator is required to join a growing M&E contractor delivering a range of commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare projects. This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for managing enquiries from initial receipt through to full tender submission.
Projects are typically local, with values ranging from £50k up to £2M.

Established Building Services contractor with a strong presence across commercial and public‑sector projects. The business has a solid order book and consistent pipeline of work across multiple sectors, offering long‑term stability and progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage electrical tenders from enquiry through to submission
* Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements
* Produce accurate cost estimates and take‑offs
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
* Prepare BOQs and pricing documents
* Support pre‑construction and handover to delivery teams
* Ensure compliance with BS7671 and relevant standards
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within Building Services
* Strong understanding of tender processes and pricing
* Experience working on commercial and/or public sector projects
* Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
* Good communication and organisational skills
Qualifications
* Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Strong working knowledge of BS7671
