Responsibilities
1. Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, industry databases, and online research.
2. Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their needs and fit for consulting services.
3. Cold Calling & Emailing: Craft personalized outreach messages to engage prospects and generate interest.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with decision-makers at target companies.
5. Lead Nurturing: Develop campaigns to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Data and Reporting
1. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of activities.
2. Collaboration: Work with management, marketing, and other teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
3. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and client needs.
4. Pipeline Management: Manage leads and track progress towards targets.
5. Data Management: Maintain sales records and create reports/dashboards.
Skills Required
1. At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within professional services or M&A sector.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
3. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to build rapport and increase sales.
6. Strong research and analytical skills.
