The management of our commercial relationship with a portfolio of trading partners within the specific trade channel. • To agree and deliver the trading plans with those key partners to meet the business objectives in delivering both sales and profit targets.
• To be responsible for the management & delivery of the P&L targets within their customer portfolio.
• Forecast management to play a key role in maintaining our excellent customer service levels.
Manage and deliver against the sales and margin targets (including New business targets) for a set portfolio of trading partners.
Implement annual customer business plans inline with the sales strategy and manage the customer execution
Establish a pipeline of new business opportunities inline with the Sales Strategy and track and monitor delivery.
foster and develop a strong network across those customers.
Alongside Category Team develop category insight to optimise performance.
Lead and work cross functionally to unlock and convert profitably new business growth & value chain opportunities.
Planning, Technical, Purchasing and NPD to both be a leader in managing issues, but also to be the conduit that drives and delivers a balanced approach to commercial opportunities cross functionally.
