The opportunity
As a Junior IT Access Analyst, you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceptional attention to detail.
In this role, you will support the Access team by building hardware and tracking assets, playing a crucial role in managing the starters, leavers, and movers process.
This is an on-site role in our Swindon office 5 days per week.

Key Accountabilities:
9. To manage the new starters hardware/accounts and collection of equipment for leavers.
10. Coordinating closely with Managers and HR in relation to the new starter and leavers process.
11. Running induction sessions for new starters
12. Conduct weekly desk & meeting room checks ensuring IT equipment is working as expected.
13. Accountable for stock levels of IT equipment and maintaining the Access database
14. To support in software & hardware audits
15. To work closely with internal teams to provide support and answer any questions
What will you need to succeed?
16. Experience in a similar hardware/IT role is preferred but not essential.
17. A passion and interest in hardware and overall enthusiasm for IT.
18. Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 is a bonus.
19. Highly motivated and a passion to deliver an outstanding service.
20. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
21. Confidence to challenge, review and help to improve processes and procedures.
