CMM Inspector
Salary: £14.00 per hour (with an increase after the first 3 months)
Contract: Permanent | Hours: Day shifts (Other shifts may be available)

As a CMM Inspector, you will be responsible for the inspection of precision components supplied into the aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors. Reporting to the Process Leader, this role would suit a hardworking individual with a strong quality background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Duties:
Perform CMM inspection of precision components
Operate CMM equipment
Manually measure parts using verniers, micrometres, gauges, callipers, etc.
Document quality issues and report non-conformances
Compile detailed inspection reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Adhere to all health and safety proceduresSkills and Experience Required:
Previous experience as a CMM Inspector within a manufacturing environment (essential)
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
Proficiency with measuring equipment
CMM programming experience (highly advantageous)
IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
Knowledge of FAIRS
High attention to detail and accuracy
