The Role
* Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects (typically GBP1m-GBP25m) from pre‑construction through to final account and defects period
* Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain
* Driving programme, commercial performance, health & safety and quality standards
* Client liaison and regular reporting at senior level
* Leading regular project reviews and ensuring profitable outcomes
The Person
* Proven track record as a Contracts Manager /Project Manager looking to step up)
* Experience delivering commercial, industrial, logistics, or similar projects (new build or refurbishment)
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness with excellent client facing skills
* Ability to manage multiple schemes concurrently
