We’re looking for a General Manager Designate to join our collection of premium pubs—where everything is cooked from scratch, every detail matters, and every visit feels special. This is a role for someone who takes real pride in hospitality: creating atmosphere, building teams, and turning great pubs into destinations. You’ll work across our estate, supporting different pubs, strengthening teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Most importantly, this role is designed to prepare you to take on your own pub within 12 months, if that’s your ambition. Our pubs are more than places to eat and drink—they’re spaces people choose to spend time in.
