Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
1. Working across all aspects of the application
2. Working with Client requirements both internal and external and participating in Client facing meetings to discuss requirements
3. Supporting with analysing, documenting and estimating client requirements
4. Configuring and testing thependia Touch application- calculations, workflows, interfaces,ms, data migrations etc
5. Support with visit customer sites when required
6. Enhancing and developing the Touch Model
7. Improving the implementation practices and procedures
8. Ensure AzureDev/JIRA boards are upto date inc updating PM/ leads with progress updates
9. Working closely with the development team to refine and improve the system
10. Client system demo's and show and tells
11. Taking on extra responsibility within the Project team, leading project workstreams
12. Supporting other analysts with their training and development
13. Support Project Management by tracking work through our Agile development and release lifecycle
14. Attending 3 out of the 4 quarterly team meet ups.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
Educated to degree standard preferred but not essential:
15. Extensive experience and knowledge of Pension Configuration Tools and MS SQL, at least 2 years
16. Relevant qualifications in the Pensions & Actuarial Industry desirable ( Pensions Management Institute Certification).
17. An SME in 2 areas of configuration ( Workflows, Calculations, Interface, Data Migration, Reports etc)
18. Demonstrable software development capability.
19. Demonstratemercial awareness & operational efficiencies / ie generation in current role.
20. Confidence in training/supporting other employees in order to upskill where appropriate.
