Accounts assistant

We're looking for three Accounts Assistant to join a Finance Service Delivery Team in Paisley. In this pivotal role, you'll help drive financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls and support their mission to deliver exceptional financial stewardship across the organisation.

You will be central to ensuring precise month-end processes, interpreting and applying financial policies and maintaining compliance with established Service Level Agreements. With a commitment to process excellence, you will help maintain robust controls and deliver insight that supports our wider business strategy.

What you'll be doing

* Processing manual journals to maintain accuracy of financial data
* Understanding end-to-end transactional flows to analyse and interpret P&L performance against budget
* Delivering insightful commentary on financial performance and completing balance sheet reconciliations
* Identifying trends through variance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities, supporting functional budget preparation
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure a value-added service and a collaborative approach across locations
