Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Pangbourne
Salary: Up to 43,000
The Role: A Facilities Management company seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static commercial site near Pangbourne. The role is Monday to Friday and focuses on performing PPMs and reactive works on all main electrical plant and equipment, managing site compliance, overseeing CAFM/logbook systems, and supervising subcontractors. Inclusion in a call-out rota is required.
Key Requirements:
* Fully Electrically Qualified (NVQ L3/equivalent with AM2).
* 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
* 2391 Testing & Inspection (Highly desirable).
* Experience in commercial/occupied office environments.
* Must be able to obtain a DBS check.
