Your new companyA fantastic opportunity to join a Brighton-based SME operating in the healthcare sector. Established in late 2018, this business has gone from strength to strength and has recently been awarded a new contract to further extend it's reach. As a consequence, they are now looking to recruit a number of Administrators to support them with this expansion. Your new roleWorking in a team of 10, this position is a mixture of administration and customer service. You will act as the first point of contact for any inbound queries as well as managing all documentation associated with cases.Key duties include:
* Dealing with inbound queries via phone
* Responding to customer emails/tickets
* Data entry, updating customer records and handling confidential information in line with GDPR
* Uploading documents to the database
* Liaising with internal stakeholders
Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Hybrid working is available (1 week in, 1 week wfh). Parking is available on site.
What you'll need to succeedYou'll have previous administration experience, including data entry, updating internal databases/systems and responding to internal/external queries.
