As our Marketing Specialist, you'll lead the delivery of strategic marketing projects from concept to execution across channels like email, print, web, video, and live events. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, commission compelling content, and ensure everything aligns beautifully with our brand and mission.
Office-based in Fleet, Hampshire
*Hybrid working is offered as a benefit. You will work a minimum of 40% of your hours from Compassion House in Fleet, Hampshire, and the office is closed on Fridays. However, we reserve the right to vary those arrangements in future.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist with a passion for delivering standout campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring:
⭐At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role, with a solid grasp of marketing principles and the confidence to guide projects and advise stakeholders.
⭐Strong project management skills, demonstrating an organised, team-oriented approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and keep everything on track and on budget.
⭐Excellent administrative and digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
⭐Hands-on experience creating effective marketing collateral across multiple platforms, print, digital, video, and more, all while staying within budget and timelines.t and timelines.
⭐A proactive, can-do attitude and collaborative spirit, committed to producing high-quality, impactful work.

Bonus Points For:
* Experience working with external design agencies
* A qualification in Marketing or Communications
* Familiarity with print production processes (creative and high-volume)
* Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
