We are looking for a digital designer with strong hands-on experience using Framer to design and build engaging digital experiences. This role requires someone who is confident working directly within Framer to create interactive, story-led content and campaign assets.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly and feel comfortable working collaboratively with teams across the commercial department.

With strong knowledge of visual and UX design, you will be adept at delivering best-in-class digital work in a fast-moving, agency-style environment. You will lead with your design expertise, bringing forward new ideas and innovations, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating modern, high-quality digital experiences.

As a premium publisher operating in an extremely competitive commercial market, we’re seeking a mid-weight digital designer who understands the impact of effective design and can translate complex business challenges into compelling digital communications.

This role requires both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution, particularly within Framer, with the ability to work independently across a broad range of projects from initial brief through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and build digital campaign assets using Framer, including bespoke long-read articles and innovative, story-driven digital formats
* Take ownership of your work, ensuring quality and punctual delivery from concept through to final production
* Attend internal meetings to capture creative requirements and campaign objectives, contributing to design and UX direction
* Collaborate with fellow team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery
* Stay up to date with emerging Framer, no-code, design, and UX trends to help shape new product ideas and approaches
* Present creative concepts confidently to stakeholders, clearly articulating design thinking and responding constructively to feedback
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work on time, on budget, and to brief

Requirements

* Proven professional experience as a Digital Designer, with hands-on experience using Framer to design and build live digital content
* A strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair, conceptual thinking, and polished execution, including examples of work created in Framer or other no-code platforms.
* Confidence working independently, with the ability to own projects from concept through to build and final delivery, particularly within Framer.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high production standards.
* Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, colour theory, usability, and accessibility.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas and explain design thinking to stakeholders.
* Advanced proficiency in Framer and Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
