Field Sales Executive
£30,000 – £35,000 basic + Commission (OTE approx £10K per year)
Portsmouth / 100‑mile radius | Full Time | 08:30–17:00
Looking for a role you can truly make your own? This growing technical services business is expanding and creating a brand‑new Field Sales position — perfect for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and the chance to build something from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing
* Generating your own leads and booking appointments
* Attending client meetings with the Technical Director for support on technical detail
* Re‑engaging lapsed clients and identifying fresh opportunities
* Selling across multiple specialist divisions including Fire Alarms, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Cabling
* Focusing on B2B new business in new builds, industrial environments and facilities management
* Working to agreed KPIs and targets (structure TBC)
* Providing regular updates and progress reports to the leadership team
What we're looking for
Someone confident, driven, and naturally self‑motivated. You’ll be speaking with builders, contractors and industrial clients — so resilience, commercial awareness, and the ability to hold your own are key. You’ll need to be comfortable cold‑calling and visiting sites to spark new relationships.
