About the Role:
As a Graduate Corporate Finance Executive at Xeinadin, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to high-profile transactions and gaining hands-on experience from day one. You will assist in delivering successful outcomes for our clients, while developing the technical and commercial skills needed for a career in Corporate Finance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support senior colleagues on corporate finance transactions from inception to completion.
* Contribute to the preparation of Information Memoranda and buyer research.
* Assist with financial forecasts, business plans, and financial modelling.
* Gain exposure to client meetings and negotiations.
* Help drive business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications:
* A 2:1 or higher degree in Accountancy, Economics, Maths, Business, or a related discipline.
* Motivation to pursue ACA or ACCA qualifications.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
* Proficiency in Excel and standard IT software packages.
