About The Role
The Trial Manager post will support the Electrophysiology Research Group (EpRG) within the Cardiovascular Sciences department, led by Professor G Andre Ng. The post holder will be responsible for working with the EpRG to manage multiple studies within the research portfolio. These include:
1. LifeMap QUEST, an NIHR i4i-funded clinical study to confirm the safety and tolerability of a device developed by the group to reduce noise and optimize ECG signal during exercise to help stratify Sudden Cardiac Death risk.
2. EAST High, a BHF-funded study examining the treatment of Atrial Fibrillation.
The Trial Manager will provide trial management expertise and support other studies within the portfolio as necessary.

The post holder must be proactive, an effective team player, and an excellent communicator. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and high standards of accuracy are essential skills for this role.
