Principal Duties
· To greet customers in a polite and professional manner.
· To provide a high-quality rental service, to meet customer requirements and to promote the Company's services and products to all potential customers.
· Handle all telephone and face to face enquires.
· Perform vehicle handover to customers informing them of all relevant information.
· To deal with all the administrative tasks required of role professionally.
· Occasionally collect and deliver vehicles to customers/other sites/dealerships.
· You will devote the whole of your time, attention & ability to your duties, work diligently & promote the interests of the Company.
Person Specification
Essential
· Possess a Valid & Full Drivers License with no more than 3 points.
· Computer Literate
· Must have an excellent understanding of Written and Verbal English
· Strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
· Ability to build rapport with customers/other staff and to understand their vehicle hire needs.
· To be dressed professionally
· Ability to multitask with outstanding problem-solving skills
Desirable
· Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent
· Ability to prioritise and achieve tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
· Previous Vehicle Hire experience and knowledge of another vehicle hire booking system would be an advantage.
· Prior Customer Service Experience.
· Must be a team player and have excellent team building, management, and relationship skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.22-£15.25 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 52 per week
