Group Management Accountant An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, qualified Group Management Accountant. As a key Group-level Management Accountant, you'll provide financial leadership across all three core companies in the Panicium Food Group. This role is based in Bury, Greater Manchester (2 days office-based, 3 days remote). It is a full-time permanent position. Youll work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Drive cost and margin analysis across diverse product lines, brands, and channels Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Support ERP-integrated group reporting structure implementation Offer commercial insight to enhance pricing, margins, and profitability Identify and implement cost efficiencies and better finance-sales processes Produce monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and performance reports Partner with commercial and ops teams across all group companies About you: Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) 5 years experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or fast-moving consumer productswhere youve understood how cost of goods, margins, and P&Ls operate in high-volume environments Strong commercial mindset capable of influencing beyond the numbers Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills ERP/reporting tool experience (e.g. Sage 200, Power BI) is beneficial, but not essential A proactive, hands-on communicator who builds trust across functions If you have the relevant skills and experience for this Group Management Accountant role and would like to be considered, please apply by forwarding an up-to-date CV as soon as possible.
