Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity to join a regional main contractor based in Fareham. The business undertakes projects across education, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. As a result of recent project wins, they are looking to expand their team with a senior quantity surveyor.
About the role
Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a project valued between £4m - £15m.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sub-contract procurement
* Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
* Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
* Deal with final accounts
Key Requirements
* Have a HNC / construction related degree
* Have administered JCT form of contract
* Must have the full right to work in the UK
* Must live within commutable distance to Fareham
