VICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIAL SALES

Founder-Led AdTech Scale-Up

£120K – £150K + Competitive Commission


Our client’s results demonstrate that relevance is vital to unlocking substantial ad performance uplifts. Fuelled by 3x growth in the past 18 months, we are seeking a dynamic & inspirational growth leader to oversee the critical next phase of our client’s remarkable story - accelerating agency & advertiser adoption in key target markets, plus revenue diversification to drive profitable growth.


You are a commercially sharp sales leader with drive, high IQ / EQ, curiosity & boundless energy. You inspire your direct teams & those around you to perform; by leading from the front with clear, unambiguous GTM goals & objectives. You have a demonstrable track record of enabling double-digit expansion of existing strategic revenue streams, as well as proactively securing new client wins in core & diversified industries (experience in Gambling & Travel preferred).


Accountability & Deliverables: Overall responsibility for the GTM strategy & end to end revenue performance of the business;

* Refresh & intensify GTM capabilities to reflect the Founders’ end game ambitions
* Professionalise GTM operations, including reporting & revenue forecasting
* Drive new business performance across agencies, advertisers & high-growth verticals, including Gambling & Travel
* Strengthen & scale platform partnerships, including DSPs and SSPs, i.e. The Trade Desk, Pubmatic, etc.
* Nurture & strengthen access & advocacy across influential stakeholder networks
* Undertake a strategic assessment of the existing growth organisation, including transparency & rigour in tracking & reporting KPI’s
* Represent the business at industry events & be the Executive Sponsor for high priority strategic relationships


Ideal Candidate Profile: A background in high growth adtech / martech / programmatic / DSP / agency environments;

* Highly connected & with a track record in scaling revenue / ARR in network agencies & B2B, SaaS or platform environments
* Exceptional leader, with GTM, RevOps & partnership building expertise
* Collaborative, transparent leader who combines energy & charisma with a relentless focus on performance, rigour & results
