What You'll Be Doing Speaking with customers to understand their needs and concerns, starting that all important discussion into the significance of Protection Advising on protection products like Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection Delivering clear, tailored recommendations Managing your cases with keen organisation, accuracy and attention to detail Balancing customer care, compliance, and performance targets This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where effort = reward. What We're Looking For We're not expecting finished experts, this is a trainee role after all! But we are looking for potential.
