As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support classroom activities and assist the lead teacher
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
* Help with classroom organization and resource preparation
* Engage in effective communication with parents and colleagues
Qualifications:
* Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for education
* Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (desirable but not mandatory)
