We are looking for additional person to join our small friendly contact centre team on a Saturday. In this role you will be providing first line assistance to our local authority customers either by phone, taking inbound calls or responding to emails. You will be responsible for processing payments and handling queries relating to cashless parking and Digital permits system on behalf of local authorities. Who We’re Looking For: A candidate with a can do attitude, a good team player, someone who is a confident communicator and looking to take on a new challenge in an established business. A customer Service background is desired but not essential. As one of our Customer Service Advisors you’re main role will be to assist our customers with any questions they may have or obtaining permits and learning how to use the system.
