Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activity across the EMEA region on a 6–12 month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and the wider HR function to deliver high‑quality recruitment across multiple countries, supporting business growth and ensuring a strong candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their TA career within an international, fast‑paced environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across the EMEA region
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insight
* Source and attract candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
* Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
* Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage
* Maintain accurate data within the ATS and support reporting requirements
* Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different countries and functions
Functional Knowledge and Technical Skills
* Previous experience in recruitment (in‑house or agency)
* Strong sourcing and screening skills
* Comfortable working across multiple roles and geographies
* Experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Able to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Educational Requirements / Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Familiarity with recruitment systems and tools
Key Competencies
* Fluent in English (additional European languages are advantageous)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
* Proactive, resilient, and solution‑oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
