This is an exciting time to join us as we improve the energy rating of approximately 13,000 of our homes to Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating C and support us on the journey of getting all homes to Net Zero.
Youll support us to deliver programmes which decarbonise our housing stock, enabling more sustainable, healthy homes for our customers and communities.
What youll do
1. Supporting retrofit assessments on our housing stock by analysing property, energy usage and statistical data analysis that will help us make informed decisions to meet our sustainability objectives and deliver warmer homes.
2. Supporting our Retrofit Manager and Co-ordinator to collect evidence and review documentation required to meet PAS2035 standards. This will include collecting data through site inspections and customer visits.
3. Working closely with our customers, partners and contractors to achieve high levels of compliance and delivery standards.
