Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to)
1. Working with large financial institutions from all over the world, you will lead the claims process collaborating with their network offices
2. First notification of loss for D&O, PI and Crime claims
3. Negotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers etc)
4. Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment
Experience required:
5. Experience Dealing with claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution
6. Knowledge of Financial Lines, D&O and PI coverage analysis with the confidence to coordinate and initiate discussions with their networks, clients, underwriters and experts
7. Experience of the CLASS and ECF Processing system (preferable)
8. Can be from either a Broker or Insurer background
