Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the director and other office staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires an ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Duties
* Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments and meetings, ensuring all commitments are met promptly.
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, and spreadsheets.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
* Act as the reception for customers and visitors, dealing with enquiries and processing credit card payments as needed.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Provide clerical support by preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
* Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
Experience
* Proven administrative experience in a similar role is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Previous office experience is preferred, along with demonstrated clerical experience.

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
