About The Role
We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking established Global Relationship Managers in various locations. The ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures.
Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison to top-tier clients, including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals.
* Provide solutions to client inquiries while complying with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels.
Business Development:
* Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients.
* Collaborate with the Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and supporting business development.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction.
Problem Management and Resolution:
* Focus on managing wide-scale service issues and handling trade-related problems.
* Oversee trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes, and apply a strong understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to support client needs.
* Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
* 10+ years in a Sales role in the Financial Services/Investment industry
* A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors)
* Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options
* Proven experience in financial service sales and key account management providing solutions based on customer needs
* Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
