The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the blending area at a new manufacturing site. Toy will oversee all aspects of powder blending operations, ensuring consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will lead a team of operators and technicians, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across blending processes.
