Your new role
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored upport to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
Foster a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
Support emotional regulation and social development
Assist with classroom activities and transitions to ensure inclusion
What you'll need to succeed
A caring,empathetic, and patient approach
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs is highly desirable
A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
