Teaching Assistant

The Role:
Supporting pupils in the classroom, working with individuals and small groups
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
Providing tailored support to help pupils reach their full potential
Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
Is patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupil progress
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff and pupils
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
