We’re growing fast and looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join a growing Altrincham team. This role is perfect for someone with B2B/B2C sales experience or a recruitment professional ready to move into a commercial sales role where relationship-building and long-term growth are key.

The role at a glance:
* Building and managing strong relationships with recruitment agencies supplying temporary contractors
* Proactively generating referrals and new business through calls, emails, and relationship-led outreach
* In person client meetings and hospitality as required in role - taking clients for lunch, drinks etc.
* Developing and growing a portfolio of ~200 accounts
