Our client, a prestigious US law firm, is seeking a proactive and reliable Facilities Assistant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting the day-to-day operations of a leading international firm. Working hours are Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Photocopying, printing, binding, and timely delivery of documents
* Preparing marketing materials, including name badges, place cards and menus
* Scanning documents and supporting document management
* Providing first line support for the maintenance of printing equipment
* Organising toner replacements and booking engineer callouts
* Coordinating outsourced printing jobs when required
* Ordering and restocking office supplies and stationery
* Setting up meeting rooms and assisting with internal office moves
* Archiving, franking mail and arranging courier services
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a facilities or office support role preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
