Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in London for a Bookkeeper - Office Manager. The role involves managing office administration, bookkeeping, liaising with clients, handling customer inquiries, supporting day-to-day operations of the company, and maintaining office equipment. The candidate will also oversee financial records, create reports, and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication, both written and verbal, for interaction with clients, contractors, and team members
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office
* Comfort with handling Office Equipment and managing an organized workspace
* Excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating professionalism and a client-oriented approach
* Familiarity with bookkeeping tools and systems, including experience generating financial records and reports
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* AAT 2-3-4 required
