Key Responsibilities:• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently: strengthen your autonomy and technical expertise• Advise clients on sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages: deliver clear, practical guidance throughout transactions• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations: maintain high standards across all files• Build and maintain client relationships: support client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer• Experience across the full spectrum of residential property work• Confident handling files from instruction to completion independently• Strong communication and client care skills
