What you'll get to do:
* Support the sites in delivering building services planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
* Maintain,service,fault find,and test commercial gas and heating systems
* Provide technical guidance on processes,procedures,statutory regulations,approved codes of practice,and HTMs
* Deliver scheduled,reactive,and remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule or as requested by the Help Desk or Service Managers
* Work with and support the projects/construction team and technical services supervisor in identifying,scoping,and delivering minor capital works
What we're looking for:
* Current in-date domestic and commercial gas certification (essential)
* Previous experience working within a building maintenance environment
* Experience delivering maintenance services to a specification such as SFG20
