What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience):
* Proven Project Management: Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in a fast-moving Events/Communications agency environment.
* Budget Mastery: Solid experience managing and tracking project budgets up to £100,000 (or similar complexity), including expert supplier negotiation.
* Logistical Expertise: Strong background in complex event logistics, including venue, catering, and full supplier contract management.
* Travel Ready: Must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable with frequent travel across the UK for event delivery.
* Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work closely and collaboratively in a busy team, effectively reporting into an Account Director.
What You’ll Do:
* Work autonomously to manage a diverse portfolio of projects (conferences, exhibitions, ride & drives, outdoor events) from inception to completion.
* Take full responsibility for supplier relationships, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
* Oversee the practical logistics of outdoor events, managing agency stock and physical event assets from company stores.
* Maintain strict budget control and timely financial reconciliation for all assigned projects.
* Support the Account Director with insightful research and documentation during the pitching process for new business.
