Requirements
* Partner-level experience in commercial real estate, gained at a large regional or City firm
* Strong business development credentials. An existing client following is desirable but not essential.
* Technically excellent with strong drafting ability
* Proven ability to lead and develop junior team members
* Experience in property management or development is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
